Mr. Salvat has spent a majority of his career discovering and patenting unique ways to leverage technology to improve efficiencies in the systems and processes utilized in healthcare management. His bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in Marketing and minor in Leadership & Human Resource Development, experience in start-ups, leadership in operating a successful medical device distributorship, and multiple licenses in business and finance, have provided him with the tools needed to lead in several successful business ventures prior to founding OMEDZA. Mr. Salvat’s experience in product development, surgeon partnerships, organizational management, and 15 plus years of experience in medical device distribution networks, have aligned him with the skills and resources necessary to lead OMEDZA to the forefront of the merger between healthcare and technology.
Jonathan has over 22 years of Sales and Marketing in the Medical Technology market. He had a 4-year NFL career that set the foundation for his career after football. His post NFL career began as an independent distributor in the orthopedic and spine markets and later developed a distribution team and transitioned from an Independent to an Exclusive agent for NuVasive. Additionally, Jonathan has also worked with the executive leadership team at Stryker Spine in multiple roles to include MIS revenue, Branding, Marketing and Business Development. Jonathan later consulted with Medicrea US which led to an acquisition in 2020 by Medtronic. Jonathan‘s synergies of Leadership and past accomplishments make him a perfect fit for the role of EVP Sales and Marketing for OMEDZA.
