Bob Salvat, Founder / CEO / Chairman of the Board

Mr. Salvat has spent most of his career in healthcare figuring out ways to leverage technology to improve efficiencies in the systems and processes utilized. His background in financial services, business development, marketing, entrepreneurship, technology, and medical devices has proven to be the combination needed to create the ideal healthcare transaction management system.

Jack Diamond, Board Member and Strategic Advisor

Mr. Diamond is a founding partner and CEO of BMD Law, a leading healthcare law firm headquartered in Akron, Ohio. He is a renowned attorney, industry leader in innovative health care strategies, solutions, and developments. Mr. Diamond has participated in and led hundreds of global health care projects including the creation of entire hospital campuses, clinical centers of excellence, surgery centers, physician hospital organizations and health management organizations. When health care leaders need a creative solution to a pressing problem they call Mr. Diamond. As co-founder of the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section and principal of numerous health care related businesses, Mr. Diamond recognizes what works in health care in order to navigate the ever changing and complicated regulatory framework of the health care industry.

Mark Tibbles, Board Member and Strategic Advisor

Mark Tibbles is the Managing Director of Strategic Stage Ventures, LLC. and a former Owner/Partner and Director of Intuitive Technology Group, one of the nation’s leading Symantec Partners, holding the coveted National Premier Partner status, providing endpoint management, security and staffing solutions. Intuitive Technology Group (ITG) received a prestigious #2 ranking in Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal 2012 and #16 in 2013 Fast 50 Companies and The 2012 (#461) Inc. 500 List and 2013 (#764) Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. Intuitive Technology Group was sold in 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Tibbles was President and Founder of Minnesota based PRC Consulting, Inc. beginning in 1998. PRC Consulting specialized in the management and implementation of IT projects for Fortune 1000 companies. PRC was sold in 2013. Mr. Tibbles has spent most of his career as a serial entrepreneur, business owner and Corporate Director and is an active venture investor in and advisor to Technology, Life Science and Medical Device companies. Other companies on which Mr. Tibbles serves as a Member of the Board of Directors are Imricor Medical Systems (IMR) which trades on the ASX and managing member of STEM Fuse, LLC one of the largest providers of digital K-12 STEM curriculum in the U.S. Some of the previous Boards include Ativa Medical, Inc. and NuAx, Inc and Board Observer status for Cardialen, Inc. On a personal note, Mr. Tibbles has visited over 90 countries; travel and adventure are his passion!

Scott Keiser, Board Member and Strategic Advisor

Mr. Keiser has shaped his career around medical device distribution with corporations such as Stryker, Atlas Spine, and K2M, spanning numerous specialties as well developing a network of physicians and healthcare professionals. For over thirty years in the healthcare management industry Mr. Keiser utilized his education in architecture to develop process flow efficiencies in healthcare. He has worked with both physician practices and manufacturers in creating frameworks that allow them to optimize their market potential. Mr. Keiser’s expertise ranges from product development, team management, strategic business infrastructure, and gaineshare platforms.

Matt Diamond, Board Member and Strategic Advisor

Mr. Diamond is an attorney and healthcare industry entrepreneur and investor. He is the founder and managing member of Redbrick Capital LLC. managing member of Apollo Medical Solutions and specializes in value-based healthcare. Mr. Diamond has formed and led ventures innovating in orthopedic device development, medical device supply chain efficiency, clinical laboratory testing, gainsharing programs, to post-acute care transformations.
